The hotel had rooms of the perfect size but needed deep cleaning, including the toilets. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff rectifying any issues quickly. The location was fantastic, close to activities for kids and a short drive from the Lake District. Dining was decent but needed improvements. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The service was top-notch with staff that were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect for exploring the Lake District, and the well-manicured grounds added to the pleasant atmosphere. However, some aspects of the dining experience could be improved to make it even better.
